To all Parishioners - In advance of the Christmas services I want to stress that if anyone feels nervous about the safety of church attendance this Christmas PLEASE do not feel you have to attend - Your health and well-being is absolutely of the highest priority to me and your loved ones of course - I say this in the context of a number of cancellations I have received for service bookings in the last 24 hours - If you decide not to attend there will God willing be a livestream from the Straffan services as previously published and of course various other broadcast and online options - This season of Christmas celebrates God's love sent to us in Christ - and part of receiving that Divine love is cherishing the gift of our own lives and those around us. The God who sent Jesus to us desires the best for us and we are not letting God down by staying at home. On the other hand - for those who still intend to attend, the services are going ahead and we will do all in our power to make it as safe as possible for you to participate - Whatever your decision I wish you all a very happy and healthy Christmas - Stephen
